The extension comprises a generous kitchen/dining space, separate utility room and snug/play area as well as housing external storage in the courtyard.

Due to the length of the extension, the height has been kept to a minimum along the boundary with the neighbours. This low ceilinged area lends itself to being a cosy dining space with inbuilt seating/storage.
